Kidsgrove - Skegness ( additional or 1E85 starting back?)  47411 1D33 08:50 SO Stoke - Holyhead,   a 6-car DMU formation a 09:00 Stoke - Blackpool additional  85025 0915 Stoke - Euston  additional.  All the above, except 1D33, additonal trains as a result of the 'Potters Fortnight'  industial holidays.  85034 worked 3K03 Mayfeild - Stafford vans, with 31154 taking the Peterborough portion detached off 3K03.  That morning the stabling point contained:  25209, 25200+25195 and 40104, with 25060 stabled at the station.  The nearby Cockshute Sidings cintained 83013+82004+82006+83002+83010+83007+83005+83008.  The following units were also present - 75769+75825( ex 303059), Class 504 cars 77158+65436 & 65443,  ex Class 309 cars 69108/100/107/101/104/108/102/103 and hauled stock 1527/1621/1641  During the day, 40104 was called upon to work the 1M03 0805 Portsmouth - Manchester P forward after 47194  failed while 40079 & 40181 appeared."
